NivelBA Rental Policy

Reservation Process:

        In order to make a reservation of a temporary property, it is necessary to first complete certain requirements and procedures.

        The first step is to make a deposit of 50% of the rental fee. The deposit serves as a reservation deposit, to ensure your property is reserved with the owner for the dates you have requested.  Once your party has arrived at the apartment, the deposit serves as a security deposit, in case of any damages.  If the reservation is cancelled two weeks before your arrival date, only 50% of the deposit is returned.

        Please note that our rental deposits, are received through a reputable and secure online credit card payment program, PayPal (www.paypal.com); clients do not need a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card. Complete details of the deposit payment, including amount, transaction number, and client information will be provided for your records.

        NivelBA serves clients throughout the rental process; property inquiries and availability consultations will be addressed immediately, as we inform clients of the rental process, temporary rental contracts, forms of payment, and check-in procedures.  Prior to arrival, we familiarize clients to Buenos Aires and the rental property.  It is important to note that rental properties include weekly maid service (minimum seven nights) and include all apartment expenses (e.g. cable, internet, etc.) unless otherwise stated.

        In terms of the rental fee, clients have the option of paying in cash, upon arrival, or with credit card, at least one business week before the date of arrival, depending upon the client's preference. If paying both the deposit and rental fee with credit card, the two payments will be handled as two separate transactions. If a client wishes to pay with credit card, an additional 10% is required on top of the rental fee published on the apartment website which covers administrative costs and currency exchange fees.  Please note that all rental fees include tax.

        After the deposit payment is completed, clients will receive detailed information about their rental apartment, including complete address, telephone number, wireless codes, etc., in addition to a copy of the rental contract to review before arrival. 

       The development of a firmly-built relationship will culminate the date of check-in, when we, NivelBA, personally greet our clients, along with owner, to finalize the contract and rental payment. While clients are residing in their property, we are at their continued disposition to offer local suggestions, resolve an issue, might one occur, or answer further inquiries.
